That's why it pays to enjoy your hearing with state-of-the-art hearing aids, along with the extra peace-of-mind that comes with AudioClinic's Premier Care Plan. Premier Care Plan has been especially designed to give added benefits to those clients who are self-funded retirees or still in the workforce and therefore not eligible for government assistance.

Free Batteries

The cost of replacing batteries in a pair of hearing aids can add up to more than $200 a year. With the Premier Care Plan, replacement batteries are free and easy to obtain – simply visit your nearest AudioClinic or call 1800 057 220 to order batteries whenever you need them.

Free Holiday Cover

Most standard Home Contents insurance policies won't cover your hearing aid if it's lost, stolen or damaged when you're away from home. The Premier Care Plan offers you the extra peace-of-mind of knowing you're covered, wherever you are in the world.

Guaranteed VIP Repair Service

Because hearing aids contain advanced electronic components, from time-to-time they may need adjustment or repair. Not only will we do this free of charge, but we guarantee all work is carried out as a VIP service, so you will never be without your hearing aid for extended periods.
(VIP service is 1 day in the service centre plus delivery time of two days; is subject to availability of spare parts.)

Loyalty Discounts

Sometimes, advances in hearing technology or changes in your own hearing or lifestyle mean you want to upgrade your hearing aids. As a member of the Premier Care Plan, you'll be entitled to generous discounts if you decide to upgrade — 30% within 1 year of original purchase, 25% within 2 years, 20% within 3 years, 15% within 4 years and 10% within 5 years.

Loss & Damage Cover Plan for your Peace of Mind

Like anything else you own that's valuable, your hearing aids should be insured against loss, theft or damage. Hearing aids are rarely covered by standard Home Contents insurance policies, so we offer cover at no extra cost - 100% cover during the first year, 50% during the second year and 25% during the third year.
(A nominal fitting fee of $250 per device will be charged.)

How long does the Premier Care Plan last?

It lasts for three years from the time of your purchase.


Does the Premier Care Plan complement other discounts such as my Seniors Card?

You are still entitled to Seniors discounts offered through Seniors Card, National Seniors & the RSL on your initial hearing aid purchase under the Premier Care Plan.


Will it affect any rebates or entitlements I get from my private health fund?

No, the Premier Care Plan is completely separate.

Terms and Conditions you should note

The AudioClinic Premier Care Plan is to be taken up at fitting when a client pays for the hearing devices. If a client wants to enter the program at a later point in time, the price remains the same, and the period for which the plan runs will be retrospective to the original fitting date of the hearing devices. The Premier Care Plan only covers hearing instruments, not consumables such as moulds.

AudioClinic reserves the right to withdraw cover or reject a claim if fraud is suspected. Clients are required to sign a Claim Form to claim for lost and damaged device cover.

In relation to Free Battery Replacement, there is a maximum of 9 blister packs per hearing aid, per year (that’s 18 blister packs if you have two hearing aids and 6 batteries per pack) per customer over the life of the Premier Care Plan.

Loss and Damage cover only applies to hearing aids purchased with the Premier Care Plan.The policy covers a once-only replacement of each device with 100% cover in the first year, 50% in the second year and 25% in the third year. A $250 fitting fee per device will be charged. If the original instrument purchased is no longer available, an instrument of similar technology and style will be prescribed as a replacement. The claim can only be for replacement hearing devices. A cash refund is not covered by the plan.

In relation to Loyalty discounts, the discount only applies to hearing aids purchased with the Premier Care Plan. The Loyalty discount cannot be combined with any other AudioClinic discounts or promotion.
